I had a rough time installing the bike parts I got from mswbike.com. The instructions weren’t very clear, and a few steps actually didn’t match what was in the box, which made it really frustrating. It ended up taking way longer than I expected, and I had to search around for random videos just to figure things out. Definitely not something I’d call beginner friendly.

The bike showed up not really set up right, and right away the brakes felt weak. I tried one ride and kept thinking, this just doesn’t feel... I ended up stopping because I didn’t feel safe on it.
Support was slow to respond and didn’t really help much when they did. For something you’re supposed to trust out on the road, it needs to feel reliable, and this one just... yeah, big letdown

I did end up getting my refund, so I’m relieved about that. At first I was a little frustrated because it took longer than I expected, but once it finally showed up, I felt better. Not a terrible experience, just wish it had been a bit faster.

The seat is fine for quick rides! But after being on it a while, it starts to feel hard. Not terrible, just not great for longer trips

A couple local shops carried the brand, but not the specific thing I needed, so I kind of felt trapped bouncing between the website and nearby stores without a clear easy option.
I ended up calling around, and one shop said they could order it, but it still took a few days to come in. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not very convenient if you’re trying to fix something same day and don’t want to be stuck waiting around...

I ordered from mswbike.com it was just okay. The part do work, so I can’t say it’s useless or anything, but for the price I was expecting better quality or at least quicker shipping. It feels a little overpriced compared to other bike parts I’ve bought before.

I was disappointed because the wording made these bike parts seem like they’d be lightweight enough for everyday riding. Once I got them on the bike, they felt way heavier than I expected. Kind of misleading, and not great if you’re using the bike daily.

Right out of the box it had kind of a cheap feel, and after just a few rides I started noticing wear already. The fit also wasn’t great, so I ended up spending more time messing with it than I thought I’d need to.

Maybe I just got unlucky with mine, but I wouldn’t buy it again. For what it costs, I expected better quality and a smoother setup process

In the end, they did help me get things figured out. The support itself was okay, but the replies were slow, so it took longer than I expected.

I tried reaching out to them a few different times and barely got a response!!! And when they finally did reply, it didn’t really answer my questions or help with the issue at all!!! Frustrating experience overall!!!
